Q: One of my iPads, I have 3, is not backing up. I have 5.5 GB of space remaining in storage. I have a lot of duplicate info on 2 of the 3 iPads. Why would one not be able to complete a backup?
One of my iPads will not update. It contains duplicate info that is on another iPad. I have enough storage available. It is updated with new software. I have not had this problem previously.
