Greyscreen, beeping, blackscreen. HELP? In the middle of finals week.

Using fine, then greyscreen. Powered off. Starts to beep slowly. Powered off. Starts up, type in password, desktop shows, but then goes to black screen. But motor is still running. Light on keyboard is on. Now when I power it on, its either one of those three problems. Help?
