Please tell me how to get the shading off of the top of the wallpaper. Also, how to retrieve the album artwork that is missing from some of my music.

After updating to ios 7.1.1, these issues have arised. I addressed these issues at the Apple Store last night and no representative was able to figure out a solution. Apple please fix this problem ASAP or give me a solution.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1
