I am having trouble getting my Email to completely close. There is a wind that is asking me to "Verify Certificate", and click to "connect" and it does not go away. Does anyone know how to get the window to completely go away for me to "quit" my email??

Force Quit .
Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time for 3 seconds. Wait.
When Force Quit window appears, select the application if not already.
Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.
Application will quit.
If this does not help, press the power button for 7 or more seconds.
Computer will shut down.
Restart.
