Q: How do I get a refund for in-App and i tune purchases made by a minor? I received an e-mail from Apple telling me what to do but I can not get it to work.

How do I get a refund for in-App and i tune purchases made by a minor? I received an email from Apple with instructions but have not been able to get to a place where you make the request online.
