Itunes just shows a blank white screen when loaded
I'm trying to restore my ipod but whenever I open itunes it just shows a blank screen (screenshot below) I've tried reinstalling Itunes but that didn't work and even with ipod not connected it still shows the same thing. Win 8.1
iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.5
