Q: New Iphone 4S won't send email.

I just got a new phone through ATT, a 4S. My email is setup but it will not send emails. It keeps saying the email address is not recognized. Any suggestions?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1

When you set up an email account other than iCloud or MS Exchange you must enter your email ID and password in 2 places, one for incoming mail and one for outgoing mail.

Not without much more specific info about your email account, including the SMTP (sending) server settings
