how to get full screen on call of duty after mavericks upgrade?

Can't get a full screen on 27" iMac for Call of Duty after upgrading to Mavericks? Anyone know how?

iMac, iOS 7.1.1

The double arrows in the upper right hand corner of the window.

or View > Enter Full Screen on your Menu Bar.

Unfotunately COD 4 takes over the screen and doesn't allow access to the full screen control

The Menu bar doesn't have a selection for full screen
