My MacBook Pro went off automatically though it shows that,battery is fully charged,when you press power button it does not turn on

I just turn my MacBook Pro on after charging it and the mouse was not responding,after carefully closing the it the power went off and not turning on again,really frustrating

MacBook Pro, iOS 7.1.1
