iTunes updated and can only access cloud songs.

My iTunes updated and now all I see is cloud purchases. None of my other music which comprise 90% that I put into my library are showing up. The files are still there but are not opening in iTunes. now I have to wait 90 days to use another apple id? This is absolute nonsense. Can anyone help?

OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
