Did you attempt to use a 10.5 system specific installer over Target Disk Mode, or did you install with the 10.5 retail installer?

I am going to try it,

i have a OS X 10.5.6 DVD (last retail version of DVD Installer of Leopard),

10.5.8 only run Software Update version. (dmg file)

Are you using any utilities that affect system cache?

Find out from their developers how to either remove the system cache cleaning feature, or disable it altogether. This actually slows you down, and will cause launch application issues.

You need to clean your hard disk. That amount of space is too little for the operating system to function as expected.
