I have a macbook pro md101.From time to time it writes only in capitals,writing symbols instead of numbers,and the windows are sliding extremely slow!It does this for 15 to 20 minutes and then it stops by itself!Any help??

I have a macbook pro md101i bought it 4 days ago!!From time to time it writes only in capitals,writing symbols instead of numbers,and the windows from the Dock are sliding extremely slow!It does this for 15 to 20 minutes and then it stops by itself!Any help???Can it be from software problem???
