Q: Why isn't my PC finding my MAC when I am using Migration Assistant?

Trying to transfer files from my PC to my MAC.  Both are plugged in, both on the same wireless network. When using Migration Assistant, all looks good on the MAC, it's finding the PC,displaying the code.  However, the PC is still trying to 'find' the MAC and does not.
