Is it possible to block calls that have no caller ID

Is there any way in which to block calls that have No Caller ID

I am receiving nuisance calls that show No Caller ID every few minutes that continue day and night, I've tried the do not disturb with no luck as calling 3 times in quick succession over rides do not disturb and do not want to change my number again.
