Hi I have an IMac that we have had for a few years, but lately it seems to be slowing down and we get the beach ball symbol alot. I know that you dont defrag Imacs but not sure where to look and what to look at to improve its performance. Any suggestions?

Checked to see how much space is available ??
Click your Apple menu top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac > More Info > Storage
Make sure there's at least 15% free disk space. Less can slow your Mac down.
