iCloud.com Calendar
I activated in my MacBook Pro Calendar the US Holiday Calendar and can see it in my iOS calendar but not in iCloud.com. Is there something that I need to do to see it in iCloud.com?

Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do to display that calendar on iCloud.com.
You could subscribe to an independant Holiday calendar. If you do not want to do that, I suggest that you provide Apple - iCloud - Feedback.
