Jun 15, 2015 8:05 AMby jimfromwillerby,I'm having this problem too. The information provided on the link doesn't help - I gathered from the fact it keeps popping up it wants me to enter payment information (which in my case simply doesn't exist).
Downloading a free app and creating a completely new ID really isn't an option as this requires a new email address to be created.
