unwanted iCloud password
My iPhone (v. 7.1.1) repeatedly requests my password to enter iCloud. How do I rid myself of these unwanted requests?

What is the exact message?
Chris, thanks for the response.
The exact message is "sign in to iCloud using password associated
Once in a while this is preceded by something like "from time to time Apple asks you to reenter your iCloud password as a means of protecting your information in iCloud."
Note: I do not care about guard-dogging my iCloud data and I am d--ned tired of being asked to enter the password as doing so interrupts whatever work I am trying to do.

Is it displaying your correct AppleID? (I asked the hosts to remove the actual email address).
Try this...
Settings > iCloud
Delete the account then re-add it.
It is displaying my correct Apple ID.
In response to your suggestion: I got to Settings > iCloud, but I could not figure out how to delete the account.

Settings > iCloud and scroll to the bottom.
Delete Account.
OK, I deleted account.
Do not know how to re-add it.
d.
If you don't care about iCloud data and don't want to use Find my iPhone then you don't have to re-add it. If you do just go to Settings/iCloud, tap where it says "Apple ID" and add it.
But it sounds like you don't care if anyone steals your phone and gets access to your personal data, so don't bother adding an Apple ID.
Same place just tap the Account.
