If you dont want Cellular Data for any apps, then just turn Cellualr Data off.

Apr 30, 2014 11:10 AM in response to Anthony Hobbsby ShahnawazS,Thanks Anthony-my reason for this question was whether this would help conserve battery usage.
If phone is fully charged at night, I am down to less than 50% in the morning (about 8-hours)-will this partly solve this issue-now at night I can turn off the cellular data completely.

Apr 30, 2014 11:18 AM in response to ShahnawazSby Anthony Hobbs,The best way to conserve the battery is to turn on Airplane Mode (that's if you aren't going to receive any important calls or text) when its charging.
This will prevent apps from using the Cellular or WiFi antenna to pull data from the Internet
