Can't change MIDI tracks...

When I try to double click on a MIDI track in Logic to change it, it doesn't show up.

For example, if I want to access violins and I have the drums selected, no matter how hard I try I cannot access the violins, it just stays on the drums...

Does anyone know how to fix this?
