I want to change my screen background colours on my iPad Air. The reason is that it helps people with Dyslexia to view words on computer screens if they can change the screen colours a bit like using a coloured overlay on text. How do I do this?

The only thing i can think of is settings>General>accessibility>invert colors
but you get no control, just the invert, you can set a shortcut to that for triple click home key at the bottom of that same page as accessibility shortcut, then triple click works as a toggle on/off.
There is no way to do exactly what you want.
