iTunes Match problem on iPhone 5C

I subscribed to iTunes Match using my desktop. When I go to turn on iTunes Match on my iPhone (in Settings/Music), it only gives me the option to subscribe. When I hit the subscribe button, it takes me to a screen that says I am already subscribed, and tells me to go into Settings/Music to turn on iTunes Match. But when I go there, it again only gives me the option to subscribe. I can't get out of the cycle, and I can't get iTunes Match on my iPhone. How do I solve this problem?
