my email is mariam-978@hotmail.com

and the first charctar is M*****@hotmail.com is that mean any thing i tried my email and passcode and that what happen

anyone have an idea how can i acivate it ... please apple users help me

It needs the Apple ID that Find my iPhone was set up with. If you are not the original owner that means the original owner's Apple ID. If you are the original owner you will have to remember what you entered when you first set up your phone. It is one of the first questions asked during setup.

There is no other solution. You must either remember, or go to https://iforgot.apple.com and provide enough information to identify you. It should be the same Apple ID that you use to purchase apps, music and videos. And probably the same Apple ID that you used to post in this forum.

i reset my password but not helpful same second pic this apple id is not belong to this iphone

may-be the email is not correct or i use other email start with the same charcter (M*****@hotmail.com) what i mean that the email may not be mariam-978@hotmail.com another email start with m right guys ??

If you don't know the Apple ID and password that was used to enable Find my iPhone the only option is to return the phone if it was not purchased new. There is no way you will ever be able to make it work. Activation Lock is the antitheft feature of iOS 7.

If you are the first owner and can prove it with a receipt contact Apple Account Security, prove that you are the owner of the phone AND of that Apple ID, and they can reset the password (and, if necessary the Apple ID) of the account. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
