Apr 30, 2014 5:55 PM in response to randers4by Supergirlxo,No. When I go to iCloud.com on my computer, some of my contacts are there but not all of them. The most recent ones that I have put into my phone are not there.

Apr 30, 2014 6:14 PM in response to Supergirlxoby randers4,Open the contacts app on your device and tap Groups. Do you have any non-iCloud accounts listed, such as On My iPhone, Gmail, Yahoo or an exchange account?
Also go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section). Do you have the Default Account setting there, and if so, what is selected as your default account?

Apr 30, 2014 7:04 PM in response to randers4by Supergirlxo,I have Outlook and Facebook and Icloud on the Groups section, and all are checked.
In Settings, I have Icloud and Outlook to choose as Default. I had Outlook checked. I just switched to Icloud as my default. I just looked on my computer to see if this helped and it has not changed anything in my contacts on the computer.

Apr 30, 2014 7:08 PM in response to Supergirlxoby randers4,★HelpfulIf you had Outlook checked as your default account before, the new contacts you added were added to your Outlook account. iCloud will not sync your Outlook (or FaceBook) contacts. It only syncs your iCloud contacts.
Try adding a new contact to your phone with iCloud set as the default account and see if it appears on icloud.com now. If it does, you phone is not syncing contacts properly with iCloud.
If you want the contacts that belong to your Outlook account to sync with iCloud, they will have to be copied to the iCloud account. I can give you the steps to do this if you want to consoldate your contacts in iCloud.
