Q: iPhone 5 unresponsive since update to iOS 7.1.1

iPhone 5 unresponsive, accepts no inputs, can not restore, iTunes says to go iCloud settings and turn off find my iPhone. Impossible to get to the menu. Any ideas????

    You can log into   "iCloud.com" on your computer with your Apple Id and password. Then click on Find my iPhone. And it will give you the option to remove, or delete device from account.  But make sure the iPhone is turned off when you do this, or it will not work work.

    Handy to know Badceed, but this time I couldn't even switch it off. All switches not responding. Just waited until the battery went dead and restored. All ok, for now.....
