Do ipad mini has international warranty??will it work if i buy from usa and take it to india

No international warranty in India; you have to send back to US if iPad have hardware problem.

Only the Mac portables have worldwide warranty that covers everywhere. The rest of Apple's toys are only covered in the country where they are sold.
