Q: I cant send e-mail after updating iOS 7.1.1

I cant send e-mails after the recent iOS 7.1.1 updat. I can recieve thought, a message saying my user name or password is incorrect appears. But they are correct. Can any one help please?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1
