iphone 5 problem

I used my charger for about 3 months already. then suddenly this image pop out everytime I connect it to my iPhone 5. I bought my charger in the apple store. and it's original. anyone please teach me what to do with this problem? it says here "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliability with this iPhone" thank you!
