May 1, 2014 5:22 AM in response to Kirsten252by spoonerdcm,Good luck with that. I had the same thing happen--spent 3 hours try to restore and never got it back. Went to the Verizon store and the woman said it was the FIFTH Iphone4 that had been brought in that day with the same symptoms.
Suggested I take it to an Apple store and see if they can get it back. If that doesn't work I have lost all my contacts, pictures, everything. Thanks Apple. Upgrading to a Galaxy.
