Genius Bar Work Authorization & Service Confirmation

Sorry that I am responding back to two and a half years old post, back in September 2016, I did call the Apple Store directly attempting to make a last minute appointment or walk-in to make an appointment. They do not direct you to the Apple Store near our location. It goes through Apple Customer Service.

Contact the Apple Store that performed the service and ask them for such documentation.
