Can we transfer movie videos from iPod Touch to Itunes on laptops?

i can transfer movie videos from may pc to itunes on my pc to my ipod touch but , i cant do it vice versa , are there any way ?

iPod touch, iOS 7.1.1

Sync them like other media

i can transfer files from itunes on my laptop , but how about transfering my videos from my ipod touch? the vidoes on my ipod touch didnt came frome the itunes store though...
