I just got the Iphone 5 s and i am trying to download my stuff but it won't let me access the term and conditions-the new ones. the message says unable to connect to server. I have wi fi.

My iphone 5 will not let me connect to the server to accept the new terms and conditions for i cloud. Help. It is brand new.
