Q: Allow AutoFill is now missing: I use a passcode. What am I missing?

I just discovered how handy iCloud Keychain can be (not as good as a commercial password manager).  I have noted that it does not remember passwords from some sites (like my gmail account), and I wish to change that password to something suer-secure (loL)

Anyway, I have been reading that there is a way to make it so the passwords are saved, but it is not there in iOS7.1.1 and Mavericks (latest update).  Both devices auto-lock on wake.

Is there something else I am supposed to do?
