Package never arrived

Hi,

I'm from Germany, but I sent a package to Melbourne.

In my account is written down the package would be on

it's way, but it never arrived. I'm waiting for it for over

a month. What can I do?

If you are talking about a physical package, this is something you would need to address with whatever shipping company you used to ship the package. This would have nothing to do with the iTunes Store or Apple in any way.


If, however, you mean that you sent a gift from the iTunes Store, you cannot send gifts to someone in another country. You will need to redirect whatever item you gave to someone in Germany:

or you can contact the iTunes Store and request a refund. Go here:

and follow the instructions.
