Cannot send Sky emails after password change

Changed sky email password, now can receive emails but not send them. Message says user name or password for SMTP name@sky.com@smtptools.sky.com is incorrect. Have deleted account and set up again and rebooted iPhone 4. Same prob on iPad. Please can you help.

Someone else with the same issue! This has been driving me nuts - I changed my sky email password and ever since then haven't been able to send emails from iPhone, although I can from other devices and also from the Sky browser, so I know the password I'm using on the iPhone is correct


I'm terms of the 2 step authentication change recommended above, can someone please explain step by step how to do this?
