Q: IPAD 4 WILL NOT TURN ON

I have tried all the solutions mentioned on the Apple site to get my iPad 4 to turn on to no avail. What do I do now?

If you tried all of the steps in the article you cited, including the restore, then your iPad may have a hardware problem. You will have to contact Apple.
