MacPro 4,1 crash during cputest and using 3d programs

Hi, my MacPro randomly crash when I'm using Osirix, a 3d program. So I tried cputest and MacPro crash sometimes (set at enormous, 10 ripetitions, 8 istances). Max temperature for CPU A is 62 C, CPU B 54 max usually (already changed the thermal paste). I already try to change video card (now I have a quadro, but I still have the old video card that was in when I bought the MacPro), but the crash happens anyway. In the information panel, ram seems ok (all modules inside are OK). I don't have the original disk to try AHT.

Here's the log of the error (when I get it's always the same).

Thank you for the reply.

5 ram modules seem strange (I'll surely check it with the next log), but I already tried (and still trying) configurations with 4 ram modules, 6 and 8.

All the times it crash. For example here's the log with all 8 memory installed when it crashed. As you can see Mac Pro sees them all. All 8 are OK, at least for what MacPro information panel told me. With 6 crash, with 4 modules crash, with the other 4 crash too.

With the video card gtx quadro crash, with the old one too.

So I wonder if it's a cpu issue.

Has someone some ideas about what could be the issue? Or can give some advice about other tests that I can do to find the issue?

Any or all of the following third-party system modifications may be contributing to the problem:

CUDA

Hardware Monitor

PreSonus driver

If the panic is recurrent, check that all are up to date, and if they are, uninstall them, one at a time, according to the developers' instructions, to see whether you can determine which is at fault. A conflict between modifications may be involved. Restart the computer and test after each uninstallation.

Back up all data before making any changes.
