Q: Problems with new iphone

Hi, I've recently upgraded to an iphone 5s. It has the latest software and I have just installed the latest itunes. However, when i try to sync the new phone it says "This iphone cannot be used becasue the required software is not installed. Run the itunes installer to remove itunes then install itunes again". Can anyone explain this as I have the latest software on both!

iPhone 5s, Itunes on windows.

Where are you seeing this message, on the phone or the computer? See this support document about removing and reinstalliing iTunes on a Windows computer. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923

Follow those instructions completely, as doing it a different way could prove to create more problems. After that, try the sync process again.
