Suddenly I can't export with ProRes

I used to be able to export ProRes with QT 7 Pro and After Effects but the option has since disappeared. The only major things I have done are update AE and install Red Cine X Pro.

I can still read the files and I installed a FCPX trial to install the codecs but it says I have them installed.
