dear dude,
I had problem with my iphone 4. i just upgrade my iTunes but the problem is my phone off directly and after i switch on back it displayed "recovery mode". i plug in into my laptop and it ask me to recovery. but as i know if i select recovery i will lose all of my data. do you have any suggestion to fix this problem or same face problem with me?

You can try this to get it out of Recovery Mode:
Unplug the device from the USB cable if it's connected. Then hold down the sleep/wake button until it turns off. Let go of the button and then hold it down again until the Apple logo reappears. Let it go and the device may boot up.
This only works, of course, if your device was working properly previously. Otherwise, or if that doesn't get it back to normal operation, you'll need to to try to restore it:

Restore from your most recent backup and sync back your apps and conent from iTunes (or redownload from the iTunes Store) and you should get most if not all of your data back.
