iPad Blue Screen

iPad freezes up & display goes to Blue Screen for 10 seconds & Shuts Down!? a week ago this would happen every 2 to 4hrs of run time BUT gradually shorter ON time until today when my pad4 will Not stay ON more than 10 seconds
