Digital copy of Frozen not working on my windows 7 computer

Our digital copy of frozen worked for 3 full times but has now stopped. The last time we used it we had to "rewind" the movie and it hasn't worked since. However I loaded from itunes onto my iPad and it works fine. Any idea's how to fix this problem?
