Q: Iphone keeps saying I match has expired even though I have renewed

I have renewed my I match subscription. It is working fine on my laptop but on my phone it just keeps saying my I match has expired. When I click renew it says I already have yet it won't let me turn it on.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1.1

    Hello tobyjohn40,

     

    It sounds like you have renewed your iTunes Match subscription, but you are getting a prompt on your phone only that your subscription has expired. I would start by signing out of your account in Settings > iTunes and App Stores first. Then Quit all the running apps on the phone:

     

    iOS: Force an app to close

    Double-click the Home button.

    Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.

    Swipe the app up to close it.

     

    When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:

     

    iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting
