Why isn't Father's Day on the calendar?

With Mother's Day approaching, I thought I would look ahead and see what day Father's Day was as well. I discovered that Mother's Day was on the calendar on both my iPad mini and iPhone 5 but Father's Day was not listed on either. Is this a mistake? I had to look online to find out that Father's Day falls on Sunday, June 15th this year.
