iphone 4 mice is not working properly :;-

Hey anybody can u help me ,,,

My iphone 4 having a mice problem ...

if i call to anybody or call comes from anybody i wil be hear their voice but they cant hear my voice..

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.1
