Q: Good morning!! My name is Kenneth and I would like to cancel a purchase made this morning using the I-Tunes Store application. The purchase made was used with a card that I didn't want to be billed.

Is there an operator available for assistance?

    Please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. These are user-to-user support forums, so in almost all cases the only people who will reply to your posts are, like me, your fellow users.

     

    As to your issue, there is no "cancellation" as such. The terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. But go here:

    and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. Perhaps they'll make an exception for you.
