Q: Why wont my ipad retina pair with bluetooth

My IPAD mini retina WILL NOT connect to BLUETOOTH........... WHY?

What are you trying to connect it to?
It will only pair to a phone via a hotspot or similar app, the bluetooth on an ipad is most widely used to pair to a keyboard or speaker and many of those will only pair to one device at a time,
