Is anybody experiencing purple hue in camera and video mode in there Iphone 5s? Im waiting to hear back from tech support :(..I reset and restored and it still don't work..

Is anybody experiencing a purple tint or hue in camera mode? My phone is new and recently started doing this and in video mode it is all purple?!.. I called apple and was told to reset my phone to factory settings and reinstall Itunes..Im waiting on a call back from tech support while it resets..I was told that if it was a hardware problem they would send me a new phone..So annoying as I've only had it for 3 weeks..sigh...Any advice guys or are any of you having the same problem? I was told from tech support that the first Iphone5s were defective and had this issue...
