Q: I have 25.00 credit showing on my account but when i try to purchase something it is charging to my credit card.

I have redeemed an itunes card but each time i have purchased from itunes recently my credit card is being charged rather than my credit being used. I have a differnt laptop and a new ipad and cannot get the credit to show on my ipad either
