does "Skip when shuffling" still work with iOS 7?

i often share my iphone with my family to play songs in the car or for having lunch, etc. and i just found an awesome song which happens to be pretty inappropriate like from the very first second it starts with a lot of inappropiate words and even the name is messed up so there's no way i have enough time to skip that song, i've read that when you tick the option "skip when shuffling" it also synchronizes with your ios devices but that thread is pretty old so just to make sure does this feature still work with ios7? because if something goes wrong im gonna get my a-s-s so busted and its gonna be so awkward :/
